This beachfront condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 8 people. This condo is professionally decorated and tastefully decorated with features like custom made kitchen and bathroom counters, tile & hardwood flooring and bamboo hardwood flooring. Seagull Condominiums offers a pool and hot-tub area where guests can enjoy the sun and have a good time. The beach access is right next to the complex, which makes it easy to get to the beach.

The main living area is the perfect place for guests to relax after a long day of exploring South Padre Island. The main living room is elegantly furnished and has plenty of seating. The flat screen TV is revealed when you open the sliding doors of the entertainment center. The dining area can seat up to seven guests. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter. The open-concept kitchen is stylish and fully equipped with pots, pans and appliances to make a delicious meal. The private, oversized balcony is attached to the main living space. Guests can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze, beach view, and sound of the waves while relaxing on the balcony.

The master bedroom has a spacious layout and includes a King-size bed, en suite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The spacious master bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and a double vanity.
