This 2 bed/2.5 bathroom condo is located in the gated Sunchase IV Complex, just a 3-minute stroll from the beach. The Sunchase III complex has many amenities, including two pools with hot tubs and children's pools. There are also two BBQ areas, one with charcoal pits and the other with gas, a fitness centre, and a sundeck on the 7th floor. This two-story condominium is the perfect getaway!

This condo has been updated and is well-furnished. The kitchen and living area are flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling glass. The balcony is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen television, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and a flat screen television. It also has a full bathroom. The main living room is stylishly decorated with plenty of space to spread out after a beach day.
