Welcome to your private paradise on South Padre Island! The Seaduction is the perfect home for large families or groups. Offering a Private Heated Pool, 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, accommodating 16 guests! A perfectly-situated vacation rental, lies steps from the beach, only a few blocks from the best beach bar on the island, but also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Just a 4-5 minute walk from the front door to the sand!
The living room has 3 beautiful sofas as well as comfortable chairs with ottomans – plenty of seating! Twelve people can comfortably dine at the beautiful table, while an additional four can sit at the nearby bar. Both upstairs bedrooms have king beds as well as space for comfy seating and TVs. The upstairs bedrooms are both king suites with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms downstairs have access to a shared oversized bathroom with private toilet room.
Seaduction’s kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware for crowds; all the cooking equipment, utensils you could ask for; and all the regular small appliances one looks for in a nice vacation home. There will be ample room for all your food and beverages in the two full-size refrigerators. There is a propane grill at the property for guest use.
This home will sleep 16 persons.
The cheerful atmosphere of this vacation rental home is reflected through the art, photos, and decor from each of these destinations and other tropical inspiration.
The Seaduction has a beautiful swimming pool (heated in cooler weather) with plenty of chaise lounges and a dining set on the shaded patio. You will find a shower (hot and cold water) outside as you enter the pool area from the front fence gate. Young children will love the large shallow shelf; a perfect place for the little ones to play while Mom and Dad relax on a nearby lounger. There is a Ping Pong Table in the garage – especially great to have in case of a rainy day!
You can certainly count on good parking availability at the Seaduction. This home will accommodate 5 vehicles.

SPI has come through once again. The service was great, quick and efficient; liked the new office too. The property was perfect, enough space for everyone and all the amenities you need. Very clean, well kept, spacious, comfortable good state of repair. Only negative, even though it didn't bother us, the walls are paper thin and sound travels throughout the building. So yelling kids, loud TV's and cupboards banging in the kitchen are going to be heard throughout.

This was a great vacation home for our family (and extended family). We had 13 total in our group and this property housed us perfectly. We all had plenty of room, pool was great, it was a short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Checking in and out was easy. We will definitely stay again.

Terrific home with pool. Even had a beach umbrella and a few chairs and beach toys we could use when we went to the beach. Can't see the beach from the balcony but it is literally half a block away. Great location. Very clean, great decorations. Would stay again.

The "Seaduction" surpassed all of our expectations. It was very close to the beach, and the pool in the backyard was great after a long day at the beach. Proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus also. We will be back!!

We brought 2 families with us, it was so spacious and even had chairs and beach toys in the garage! One block from the beach, so convenient! The house is beautiful and so accommodating for up to 16 people! Wrap around porches, plenty of seating around the pool. And everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely be back next year and we will be bringing ALL our family, as this house will definitely be comfortable for all us to go on a family vacation!
