Welcome to "Seaduction", your private paradise on South Padre Island. The Seaduction, with its private heated pool and 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths, can accommodate up to 18 people. It is ideal for large families or large groups. The Seaduction is a perfect vacation rental. It is located steps from the beach and only a few blocks away from the best beach bar in the island. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. Only a 4-5 minute stroll from the front door leads to the sand.
The living room is furnished with 3 beautiful sofas and comfortable chairs with ottomans. There's plenty of seating in this room! The beautiful table can seat 12 people comfortably, and an additional 4 can sit at the bar nearby. Both bedrooms upstairs have king-sized beds, as well as comfortable seating and TVs. Both bedrooms upstairs are king suites, with private bathrooms. The two bedrooms on the ground floor share a large bathroom with a private toilet room. Seaduction's fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great vacation. It includes all the necessary cooking equipment, flatware and glassware for large groups, as well as all the small appliances. The two full-size fridges will have plenty of room for your food and drinks. A propane grill is available for guests to use.
The Seaduction has an amazing swimming pool with plenty of chaises and a dining table on the shaded patio. As you enter the pool area through the front fence gate, there is a shower with hot and cold water. The large shallow shelf is perfect for young children to play on while Mom and dad relax on the nearby lounger. The garage has a Ping Pong Table - great for rainy days!

SPI has come through once again. The service was great, quick and efficient; liked the new office too. The property was perfect, enough space for everyone and all the amenities you need. Very clean, well kept, spacious, comfortable good state of repair. Only negative, even though it didn't bother us, the walls are paper thin and sound travels throughout the building. So yelling kids, loud TV's and cupboards banging in the kitchen are going to be heard throughout.

This was a great vacation home for our family (and extended family). We had 13 total in our group and this property housed us perfectly. We all had plenty of room, pool was great, it was a short walk to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Checking in and out was easy. We will definitely stay again.

Terrific home with pool. Even had a beach umbrella and a few chairs and beach toys we could use when we went to the beach. Can't see the beach from the balcony but it is literally half a block away. Great location. Very clean, great decorations. Would stay again.

The "Seaduction" surpassed all of our expectations. It was very close to the beach, and the pool in the backyard was great after a long day at the beach. Proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus also. We will be back!!

We brought 2 families with us, it was so spacious and even had chairs and beach toys in the garage! One block from the beach, so convenient! The house is beautiful and so accommodating for up to 16 people! Wrap around porches, plenty of seating around the pool. And everything you need in the kitchen. We will definitely be back next year and we will be bringing ALL our family, as this house will definitely be comfortable for all us to go on a family vacation!
