Padre Parade House is the perfect place to enjoy a luxurious vacation! This multilevel home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a heated private pool! Beach Access #22 is only a 1.5-minute walk from the home. In less than five minutes, you can grab the beach wagon to set up your beach site.
The first guest room is located on the ground floor. It has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television, USB charging ports all over, and direct access to the patio and pool. This room has a vanity for getting ready for a night out. The garage has a laundry room with washer & dryer, and an additional fridge to make loading ice chests easier. No need to drag your ice chest down from the upstairs! Garage has a 240-volt outlet to charge your Electric Vehicle (EV). Bring your EV travel charger!
The second floor opens up to an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern finishes and appliances that are perfect for cooking up those home-cooked meals. The dining room has a picnic table that can seat 6-8 guests. Additional bar seating wraps around the kitchen, from the dining to the living areas. This open space can easily accommodate 16 people. The living room has a flat-screen television with Roku streambar speakers, perfect for movie night and game day! The living room opens onto a large balcony overlooking the pool. There are stairs leading down to the ground level. This balcony has a propane barbecue so you can enjoy cookouts and barbeques with your family and friends!
The Master Suite is located on the third level. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and a TV with flat-screen. The beautiful sitting area offers you extra space to read or watch your favorite movies and shows. The bedroom futon couch can also be converted into a bed if necessary. The nightstands have both AC and USB power, so you can charge your devices without moving furniture.
The en suite bathroom features a large vanity and a beautiful walk-in shower. This gives you plenty of room to prepare for a night on the town! The 3rd-floor also includes the 3rd-bedroom. This guest bedroom has a King-size bed, a flat screen TV and USB charging ports.
