Visit "Carolyn by the Sea", an island home powered by green energy, that is dog-friendly and NEW in the rental pool for 2023.

This stunning 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-living room resort-style house with a private swimming pool comfortably sleeps 6-8 persons with 4 Queen or king beds. It has ample parking for up to four cars.

"Carolyn by the Sea", a meticulously renovated and decorated house, features hand-painted surfboards and mosaics all over the place. The upstairs is spacious and comfortable with vaulted-ceilings and large ceiling fan. Want to have adults in one room and children in another? Two separate living rooms, one upstairs and one down, give everyone plenty of room to enjoy different games, activities, and venues. The living areas are equipped with comfortable couches and recliners, as well as large TVs with Rokus or Spectrum Cable TV. Bring your Nintendo Switch to the wall-mounted docks connected to the TVs and play games. You must bring your own Switch. The downstairs area has its own bar and mini-fridge. The upstairs living room, front porch, backyard and master bedroom all have Bluetooth-enabled audio systems that allow you to dance, sing or just listen to your favorite music.

You may decide to take a night off from dining at the many wonderful restaurants on the Island and eat in. This kitchen is beautiful and functional. It's a pleasure to cook in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - pots and pans, utensils and stainless steel appliances - but also includes wonderful extras like an InstaPot air fryer, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. The quartz countertops and large kitchen island are beautifully framed with teal blue glass tile. The dining area has a custom-made, comfortable table that seats six people. Two additional seats are available at the kitchen counter. Gorgeous!


You'll find an oasis of palm trees and a heated private pool, surrounded by a stamped-concrete patio. Relax on the lounge chairs with cushions or warm up next to the propane fire pit. While grilling you can play Cornhole or fetch with your dog. Enjoy a meal on the propane-powered grill in this poolside dining area. Enjoy a meal or a cocktail while watching the sunsets from the large, beautifully decorated covered front porch upstairs. You can read or relax in the quiet, shady, quaint sitting area downstairs. The comfortable Adirondack chair will make you feel like you're in a zen-like place. The tranquil atmosphere is enhanced by the lush plants, painted surfboard artwork, and custom mosaic tiles embedded in the flooring.

You'll never get bored, even if the weather is bad or if you want to take a break from the sun. There are so many options for indoor fun. You can all be together in the living room or each person can have their own quiet area. You'll also find a ping-pong table in the basement, 30+ family puzzles and games, a karaoke system, and a popcorn machine to keep the party going. Spectrum Wi-Fi high-speed internet is perfect for those who want to spend some time on their own screens. In addition to the two large televisions in the living room, each bedroom also has a 43-inch Samsung smart TV loaded with the Spectrum App --- perfect for those days or nights you want to stay in.

After a long day, it's time for you to relax in one of three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom upstairs features a private bathroom with shower, a luxurious comfortable queen bed, and a romantic fake fireplace. For those who prefer to "work anywhere", there is a desk with surge-protected power and extra USB plugs. The second bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed overlooks the backyard swimming pool and shares the bathroom with the open living/kitchen area. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom that is shared with the living area downstairs. This bathroom also has a shower. Please note that the bathrooms do not have tubs. There is a hidden gem that can provide you with more sleeping space in the downstairs living room. The furniture under the TV is actually a Cabinet Murphy Bed that unfolds to reveal a queen size memory foam bed. This bed can accommodate two additional people. Four comfortable beds can accommodate up to eight guests.

"Carolyn by the Sea", located in a quiet street, has friendly and quiet neighbors who add to the tranquility and charm of the house. You will find a washer/dryer in the garage for your convenience. We are dog lovers and welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs that weigh 35 pounds or less.

All of this is just a 3-minute walk from the beach access number 21; a 7-minute walk to Wanna Wanna – one of the most popular beach bars and grills for dogs on the island – and a 2-minute walk to your neighborhood convenience store. Our access is right in the middle of a beach renourishment program that will be completed by July 2023. This project added 280,000 cubic yards between beach access #18 to #23. There is a beautiful and vast beach all around us.
