219 W. Atol, Unit 3 is a BAYFRONT beauty that you must see! The property can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Relax on the second-story deck, which offers a panoramic view of the Laguna Madre Bay. The back deck is perfect for fishing, day or night. Or guests can use the boat dock to enjoy a relaxing day on the water.

The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area on the 1st floor are surrounded by large windows that look out over the bay. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with pots and pans as well as the dishes needed to serve your family and friends. The living room has plenty of seating for guests to enjoy in front a large flat-screen TV. The third floor is a large gaming room with a second large sitting area, containing a large flat screen television and game tables. The guest can choose between the master bedroom with a King-size or one of the four additional guestrooms. The first guestroom features two Queen-size beds, the second has two double beds, and the third guestroom has a King-size bed. The property has 3 levels with amazing bay views for catching beautiful sunsets. The property also offers free WiFi and cable, as well a washer/dryer for guests.

You can walk out the backdoor to your own island paradise. Your guests and you will enjoy sitting out on the waterfront deck to have morning coffee, lunch in the middle of the day or evening nightcaps.
