Surrounded by lush landscaping, the property offers a sense of privacy while still being just 2 minute walk from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. As you step inside the house, you're greeted by a unique style home separated into two (2) units by an adjoining door. The 1st unit main level features a spacious living area, perfect for hosting gatherings or simply relaxing with family surrounding a flat screen TV. Just off the living/dining area, your fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream to prepare your favorite home cooked meals! Upstairs will entail two bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom features a King bed and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 Full size beds.
Take the adjoining door through the first unit and enter the second units open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an ideal space for both entertaining and everyday living. Another fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry.
