ACCESSIBILITY & CONVENIENCE:
The home is accessed by three steps at both the front and back patio entrances. Inside, the loft and game room require climbing approximately 15 steps. The pool does not have a handicap-accessible entry but includes a shallow step-in ledge for easier access. PARKING:
Parking is available for up to three vehicles: one in the private garage and two on-street spaces along Ball Street. Residential parking permits are provided for on-street parking, making it easy and stress-free for families or groups traveling together.
