Perfectly located just across the street from the beach, this inviting coastal retreat makes it easy to spend your days building sandcastles, splashing in the waves, and soaking up the sun together. Designed with families in mind, this home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, giving everyone space to relax and unwind. The spacious living room is perfect for movie nights, board games, or simply spending quality time together after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime easy—whether you're cooking family favorites or quick snacks for the kids. One of the highlights of the home is the beach-facing balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the waves or wind down in the evening with a coastal breeze and sunset views. Located on the peaceful west end, you’ll enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach experience while still being just about 30 minutes from town for dining, shopping, and attractions. GVR16211

House Rules
* Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
* No Pets Allowed
* Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
* A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
* This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
* For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
* Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
* Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
* Our homes/units may be rented either together or separately. Because of this, other guests may be staying nearby during your visit. Please be respectful and considerate of others on the property.

Please Note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Nearby Construction There is ongoing construction taking place near the property during daytime hours. While we do not have control over the schedule or scope of the work, some noise may be heard during your stay—particularly in the mornings. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please note our policy for items left behind: we are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
