Two pets maximum allowed with a $200 + tax nonrefundable pet fee per pet.

HOUSE RULES

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed on the property.
Rental Contract: A rental agreement must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM–9 AM to maintain a serene atmosphere.
Vendors may access the property up to twice a week for scheduled maintenance; service days are subject to change.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1–2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it was placed.
Maximum occupancy: 6 adults plus their dependent children.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Pack N Play: $40 + tax per item
High Chairs: $40 + tax per item
Air Mattress $40 + tax per item

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
