Welcome to Old Town Gem, where every moment promises a perfect blend of luxury and leisure. Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of your private pool, surrounded by the Arizona sun. The open-concept living space invites you to unwind with everyone, thanks to a clear view of the living room, kitchen, wet bar, and dining space. The modern Arizona-style accents throughout the house create a unique ambiance, making your stay truly memorable.

Entertainment knows no bounds. In the office, you can expect privacy with the sliding doors or open it up to the fun with two arcade consoles for all to enjoy. Card games are sure to bring everyone together. Outside, enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool and gather around the entertainment seating areas.

With three cozy bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, this vacation rental caters to relaxation and indulgence. The master suite is comfortably set with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bunk up with two twins and double beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two beds that are double-sized beds as well. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom.

Conveniently located near Chaparral Park and the vibrant entertainment and dining of Old Town Scottsdale, Old Town Gem is not just a rental; it's an experience. Book your stay now and let the poolside paradise and modern comforts elevate your getaway.

1 pet maximum 20lbs or smaller only $200 non refundable pet fee
Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily.
- Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance.
- Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there is a ring camera to the right of the front door.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
