This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers restful comfort for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and ocean views, along with an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and a dedicated workspace ideal for reading or remote work. In the third bedroom, a twin daybed with trundle provides flexible sleeping options, complemented by multiple desks and generous storage. A second full bathroom, also with a walk-in shower, ensures convenience and privacy for all guests.

Living spaces
The open-concept living area welcomes you with bright, airy comfort and panoramic ocean views through large picture windows. Settle into the comfortable seating to unwind after a day on the beach, or simply gaze out at the horizon as light fills the room. The adjoining dining area offers space for shared meals and conversation, with the ocean visible just beyond.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for easy meal preparation, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, as well as all basic cooking tools. A full dining table makes it easy to gather for breakfast before heading out or enjoy dinner together after sunset. An in-unit washer and dryer add the convenience of home, perfect for longer stays.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private covered lanai to feel the salt air and take in uninterrupted views of Crescent Beach. The property is part of the Sand Dollar Condo community, located near the Intracoastal Waterway and just a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. Crescent Breeze offers a setting that blends the tranquility of the beach with the charm and history of one of Florida’s oldest coastal towns.
