Sleeping arrangements offer space for up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ocean views, and access to the lanai, along with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace. A twin daybed with trundle and multiple desks complete the third bedroom, providing a flexible setup for families or guests who need additional work surfaces. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower supports the group comfortably.

Kitchen and dining are centered around a full kitchen equipped with the essentials you need to cook your own meals, along with a dining table for shared time together. The adjacent living area offers seating arranged to maximize the oceanfront setting, making it easy to relax between outings or settle in for an evening indoors. In-unit laundry provides added convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living begins on the private covered lanai overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. From this quiet vantage point, you can watch shifting tides, spot passing wildlife, or unwind in the shade after time on the sand. A private entrance and easy access to Crescent Beach allow you to step directly into the coastal landscape.

Building amenities include a pool and elevator access, as well as free parking on premises - 2 spaces. With a location between the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway and within a short drive of historic downtown St. Augustine, you are well-positioned to explore the area or simply settle into the quiet rhythm of the shoreline.
