The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. High ceilings and tile floors create an open, airy feel throughout the living space. The updated full bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The open-concept layout offers comfortable seating and an HDTV for relaxing evenings indoors. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected, whether you’re planning your next outing or working remotely.Each unit sleeps 4, or 8 guests total when renting both units together (Cordova A+B). Each property has its own private entrance with no shared interior access.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a dining table that seats four. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast before sightseeing or winding down with dinner, the space is designed for easy, comfortable gatherings.

Outdoor spaces
A spacious front porch offers a quiet place to unwind and take in the neighborhood’s historic charm. The backyard - shared with the downstairs unit - provides additional outdoor space to enjoy fresh air during your stay.

Situated in the heart of the historic district, you’re within walking distance of Castillo de San Marcos, local shops, galleries, and dining. Free parking on premises and self check-in with keypad entry make arrival simple and convenient.
