You’re surrounded by century-old architecture, gentle coastal air, and the ease of being able to explore on foot, then return to a calm, private retreat. This thoughtfully restored duplex offers space to spread out while keeping you closely connected to the heart of St. Augustine. Sorry, No pets.

Living space
Built in 1922, this entire two-level duplex blends original character with everyday comfort. You’ll have exclusive use of both levels, making it well-suited for families or groups who appreciate shared time alongside personal space. Each floor has its own private entrance, living area, kitchen, and bathroom, allowing everyone to settle in at their own pace.

Sleeping arrangements
Across four bedrooms, the home sleeps up to eight guests. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and storage for longer stays. A pack ’n play is available for guests traveling with young children.

Kitchen & dining
Both levels feature a full kitchen with major appliances and dedicated dining areas, giving you flexibility whether you’re preparing simple meals or gathering everyone together. The layout makes it easy for groups to dine together or separately, depending on the day’s plans.

Living areas & comfort
Each unit includes a comfortable living space with an HDTV, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for year-round comfort. Self check-in via keypad allows for flexible arrival, and safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

This home is ideal for guests who want room to gather, privacy when needed, and a walkable location that places the city’s history and culture just outside the door.

Note:
It is a 2 story duplex, with a separate downstairs unit and upstairs unit. They do not connect inside and there is no fire pit/ table on the property. Each unit has their own washer & dryer, but they are not in-unit as they are each located outside on the back porch.
This is renting the entire property, both the upstairs and downstairs units together, in which the backyard would then be private.
