Response to issue with air conditioning -excellent. Response to Internet not working-excellent. Even through cabin was older it was very clean and spacious. Theater was excellent. Only complaint is the trees out front. They need to be cut - they block a beautiful view

We had a few issues with stove not clean and causing fire and TVs had no directions and were not in working order. The service provided to repair these issues were excellent and garbage pick up was excellen The stair case is winding and not appropriate for luggage and going to each floor. It should have stated how hard it is to get to each floor. An elevator or wider staircase should be installed. Also renter should be told the location is at the top of the mountain. Jennifer and Brian were excellent!

Overall the cabin was spacious and comfortable. The television systems worked well for our needs, and the games provided were great. We did have some mechanical issues while staying: one of the oven doors was broken, one of the dishwashers didn't work, the water went out one night, and the power went out the next. To boot, one of the refrigerators leaked, so we had to put down towels. Finally, I had called ahead to make sure the wifi was in working order; when we arrived, we discovered that you had to be right on top of the router to get any signal. Because we were using this house for meetings, we needed wifi. Luckily, the technician was able to get it fixed. For everything we reported, the response time was great, we just wish we didn't have to report so many items that did not work.

Disappointed that the 15 bedroom we stayed in did not have a view of the mountainside. However, we were overall pleased with the actual cabin. It met our needs as a group so all was well!

Working with you personally was great. Loved the location and house. There were some issues in the house that prevents 5 stars. The space and beds were wonderful. The couches and plumbing were terrible. In fact, so bad, that it would be hard for us to to return for retreat purposes. And the stairs were a shock. Felt that should have been advertised.
