Main Level:

The entry level includes the kitchen, dining room, living area, four king bedrooms, four bathrooms, and access to the deck. The living room features leather furniture and a sleeper couch. You can enjoy the electric fireplace, catch up with family and friends, or watch your favorite show on the large screen Smart HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with double stainless steel appliances, cookware and tableware to create the perfect family meal. The dining tables can accommodate 30 people and 3 more at the bar. This level has 4 master bedrooms, each with a King-sized Bed, a large Smart HDTV and an attached bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a futon to provide extra sleeping space. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the mountain view, 4 bistro tables and a porch swing.

On this level, off to the side, you'll find the outdoor patio that will blow your minds. This beautiful space features mountain views, a lounge with a gas fire pit, a large Smart HDTV and a dining area that has 7 tables. It also includes a gas barbecue. This area comes with outdoor ceiling fan and string lights to create a special atmosphere.

Lower Level:

The lower level has a game room, a theater, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a hot tub and a private pool! Enjoy a movie and popcorn in the theater room, complete with reclining cinema seats and a large Smart HDTV with surround-sound. The game room has a pool table and foosball, as well as bar seating for six people. It also includes a refrigerator to keep drinks cold. This level has 4 bedrooms. Two master suites with a king-sized bed, Smart HDTV, and private bathroom with shower. One of the king-sized bedrooms has a sleeper couch for additional accommodations. The other two bedrooms are bunk rooms, which are perfect for children. The first bunk-room has a triple queen bed, a twin bed, a large Smart HDTV, and a full private bathroom with a shower. The second bunk-room features a double queen bed, a twin bed, a large Smart HDTV, and a full private bathroom with a shower.
