The living room offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and offers counter seating for 12. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8. The 2 bedrooms on this level each features a king bed, large HDTV and an en-suite full bathroom with step-in shower and jetted tub. Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony. Just off the front porch you will find the cook-out area with a gas grill and 2 charcoal grills. Upper Level 1: Head up to the second level where you'll find a spacious game area and 2 bedrooms. The game room features a pool table, 3 arcade games, a foosball game, a large fridge, a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The 1st bedroom offers a king bed, sleeper sofa, HDTV, private balcony and an en-suite full bathroom with step-in shower and jetted tub. Lower Level 1: From the main level, go downstairs to the 1st lower level which features a home theater, laundry and 2 bedrooms. The home theater features 16 cinema-style seats and a large HDTV.
