Property Description

This villa is well decorated and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also features a fully equipped kitchen as well as a combined living/dining area. VILLA HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED (2020). The kitchen features all new wood cabinets, quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom features a new king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a pair of twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in living room. The living room has a balcony that overlooks the ocean. The Ocean Dunes, an oceanfront pool, is now heated and will be open seven days per week throughout the year. The industry standard temperature for the pool will be 82 degrees. The pool is open from 9 AM to sunset. Ocean Dunes is located at the south end island, along South Forest Beach Drive. It is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza or the Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes is a property on the oceanfront that is located approximately 70 yards from it. Guests have free access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks.
