The Villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. Seascape 3226 is a Newly Remodeled is located towards the front side of the property and just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. This three bedroom, two bath, tri-level town home with all the comforts of home including WIRELESS INTERNET. On the main level you'll find the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen area that has access to the deck with a lagoon view. From the living room enjoy the large deck that overlooks the courtyard area w/lagoon which is equipped with a gas grill and new patio furniture for outdoor dining. The second floor offers two bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. Guest bedroom one has a queen bed and guest bedroom two has two new (2022) full size beds . On the top floor you find a spacious master suite and bath with a king bed (new 2021), walk in closets and a large private balcony overlooking the lagoon and fountain. Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges. There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men's and women's bathroom.
