The Breakers is a 120 unit complex right on the beach at beautiful Hilton Head Island.
Location, location, location! It has a pool heated all year; there is also a separate children's pool (unheated). This property is directly across the street from Coligny Plaza with its variety of shops and restaurants and close walking distance to the new Celebration Park. You can leave your car in the parking lot for your entire vacation and walk or bike everywhere you want to go. The Breakers units are 518 square feet, so they are best for a couple or a family with small children. This quaint one bedroom, one bath has a full kitchen with white cabinets and white appliances with black granite counter tops. The villa has a combined living and dining area. The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, an armoire is coming soon to store clothing. Children's bunk beds are located in a cubby in the hall (kids LOVE these!) and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bunk beds have smart TVS so kids can enjoy their favorite shows. - Pool is heated year round - Oceanfront pool and separate children's pool - Part of the deck at the pool is tree covered for shade while you relax - Private boardwalk to the beach with shower to wash off the sand after a fun day - Two Elevators are being added to the property, one will be working by the end of April and the 2nd elevator will be complete by fall 2020 - Walk to over 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza ?just across the street - Close walking distance to the new Celebration Park - Pool Bar Jim's is to the left and the Tiki Hut is to the right - 100 miles of bike trails right outside your door - Over 30+ golf courses on the Island - Parking Notes: Breakers complex limits parking to 1 car per unit. No street parking. Parking passes required.. No boat and trailer parking. - The complex does not allow pets, smoking or grilling. This villa is non-smoking (including the balcony).
