Welcome to Island House 109! Island House is a short walk to the beach, as well as Coligny Plaza and the new family friendly Celebration Park. This villa is on the first-floor and is just steps to the pool. Upon entering the unit, you will find the open living space. A dining room table with seating for 4 and additional bench seating for 2 or 3 more making it perfect to host your next family meal. Just beyond the dining area, you will find the comfy living room. Equipped with a pull out queen sofa bed, flat screen TV. A glass sliding door leads you to the patio with outdoor seating for four and gas grill overlooking the lush Hilton Head nature and landscapes. The galley style kitchen is just around the corner. With all full-size appliances. Located in an alcove just off the kitchen is a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a large shower tub combination. Harbor Town is a highlight of most visitor's trip to see the famous historic lighthouse and listen to nightly music in the summer under the several hundred-year-old oak tree. Historic Savannah, Georgia is about a 45 minutes' drive. Take Highway 17 for a scenic route. This villa is Dog friendly with weight restriction of 30lbs or under. This Island house allows 2 cars MAX.
