A screened-in lanai extends the living space outdoors and is a central feature for enjoying the setting.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a sofa bed. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the lanai. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds. In the main living area, you’ll find a television and a dedicated living room space, along with practical additions such as heating, ceiling fans, and clothing storage.

For meals and longer stays, the condo provides a full kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig. Cookware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are included, along with a dining table. Laundry is handled in-unit with a washer/dryer, and towels/linens are provided.
