Gulf and Bay Club- C401 is a 4th-floor corner condo in Siesta Key with on-the-beach access and a waterfront view. The 1,335-square-foot layout includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and accommodates up to six guests. From the screened-in lanai, the unit looks out over the community’s landscaped courtyard with a lake, fountains, and tiki huts, and it is set up with seating for 4–5 people. Sliding doors can be opened to bring in gulf breezes.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, two recliners, and two easy chairs, and a large window above the sofa adds natural light. Televisions are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. Sleeping is arranged as four queen beds across the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a full appliance set including refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, plus cookware and dining basics such as pots and pans, dishes and utensils, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Coffee options include both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, and there is a breakfast nook that seats four.

On-site community amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna/steam room, grill, clubhouse, recreation room, shared lounge chairs, shuffleboard, and shared tennis and pickleball courts. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning and heating, covered parking with one assigned space, elevator access, keyless lock entry, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. Sliders on the lanai can be opened for access to fresh gulf breezes. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and both bedrooms with the master TV wall-mounted to catch up on programs while relaxing in the king size bed. The sunny kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast nook which seats four and overlooks the tennis courts. Both bathrooms have been upgraded with granite countertops and raised vanities and commodes. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Original artwork adorns the walls of the condo and there is newer carpeting throughout.
