Our House at the Beach E-703 is a 1,200-square-foot condo in Siesta Key on Florida’s South Gulf Coast. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it accommodates up to six guests and is positioned near the waterfront and near a beach. The building includes shared amenities such as a community pool, shared tennis court, and shared pickleball court, along with a shared elevator and covered parking.

The interior is set up for self-catering and longer stays. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus small appliances such as a blender and coffee makers (standard and Keurig). Dishes and utensils are provided, and the condo also includes a dining area and living room for meals and downtime.

Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed. For day-to-day convenience, the condo provides an in-unit washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating, internet access, television, towels/linens, and a hair dryer. A private entrance and step-free access are noted.
