The interior is set up for self-catering and longer stays, with a full kitchen and major essentials such as a refrigerator, blender, coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils, and hot water. The condo also includes a living room and dining area, air conditioning and heating, internet access, television, and an iron/ironing board. Towels and linens are provided, with linen exchange available for a fee.

Outdoor space comes via balconies, and the community amenities include a pool, shared tennis court, shared pickleball court, shared lounge chairs, and a covered pavilion with a grilling area. The building also offers a shared elevator and step-free access.
