Kitchen conveniences include a refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker, along with dishes and utensils. In-unit laundry (washer/dryer) supports longer stays, and comfort features include air conditioning, heating, hot water, and a private entrance. Internet access and television are provided.

Outdoor space is a key part of the layout, with large balconies connected to both the living room and dining room. For beach days, the condo includes towels/linens plus beach towels and beach chairs.
