About This Rental
Step on to the balcony of 701 and you can see the entire 1.5 mile (2.4 kilometer) long Siesta Key beach panorama from north to south. Jamaica Royale is perfect for early morning beach walks, all-day-long people watching, or enjoying a cold beverage as the sun sets.
The rooms are spacious and furnished for comfort with desirable amenities such as whole house private Wi-Fi, a well provisioned cook’s kitchen, a laser printer, bedside outlets by each nightstand, small dining table on the enclosed porch, a beach wagon, portable chairs, shade devices, noodles and toys to take to the beach, games, jigsaw puzzles, DVDs, reading material, as well as a television in the living room and in each sleeping room.
The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2020. There is a king-sized bed and en suite bath with walk in shower in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and the guest bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, and all walls and trim are freshly and neutrally painted.
Jamaica Royale has three swimming pools and the largest of them is a freeform swimming pool located steps away from Tower II, where this unit is located, and is easily seen from the front door of #701.
