Gulf and Bay Club- D506 is a beachfront condo in Siesta Key that accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The unit is positioned for both sunrise and sunset viewing, with sunrise visible from the living room window and sunset views from the screened-in lanai and the terrace by the front door. The living room is arranged with ample seating and looks out over the club’s groomed grounds.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, sliding glass door access to the lanai, and a large closet/storage area. Its renovated en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower with grab bars. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds that can be arranged separately or together, and the second bathroom offers a combined tub/shower.

Meals and downtime are supported by a full kitchen and multiple dining options: a breakfast nook, a dining table that extends from seating six to eight, and a lanai table for four. Kitchen conveniences include a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes/utensils, wine glasses, and both a standard coffee maker and Keurig. The condo also includes a washer/dryer, towels/linens, heating, and a private entrance with keyless lock.

Community features include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna/steam room, shared tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, clubhouse, recreation room, shared lounge chairs, elevator access, and a business center. One covered parking space is provided, and safety items include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

This clean and bright unit has views from the living room window of the sunrise, and gorgeous sunset views from both the lanai and the terrace by the front door.  There are two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed, new TV, sliding glass door access to the lanai and a large closet/storage area.  The newly renovated master bath has a walk-in shower with grab bars. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be separate or together.  The second bathroom has a combined tub/shower.  When dining there are three areas to choose from, the breakfast nook in the kitchen, the dining table in the dining area that can extend from seating six to eight, and the lanai where there is a table for four.  The kitchen is bright and efficient in layout and the laundry room has a washer and dryer.  The living room is large and welcoming with ample seating that optimizes the views of the groomed grounds of the club and the unforgettable Siesta Key beach.
