We really enjoyed out stay at the Sands IV 2B. The condo was well stocked and maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed which was very helpful since we cooked in most of the time. We found the condo to be very comfortable and it is on our list of places to return to in the future. The only negative comment is the stacked parking which requires calling someone to move a car if blocked in (hope they are close by). We were there in mid October so this was not a big problem but a good bit of the parking is sized for compact cars and was very tight for our Subaru Outback.

Nancy was very helpful explaining the unit and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent as we knew what to expect. Very nice condo with a great location - Beachfront and walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and the Boardwalk. We will definitely be back.
