The overall experience with Victory beach was great. Excellent communication and very friendly from start to finish. Our specific unit 1B at Sands IV Summerlovin was great and wonderful location. I would say that the owner does need to update the couch in unit so that people have a more comfortable lounge area. We loved our vacation and our stay. Thank you
