East First Street 304 - Skipper - Hunt Vacation Rental With Elevator

THE SKIPPER - 304 East First Street - This oceanfront house features five bedrooms and four and a half baths. There are two GROUND level bedrooms. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed, and the street side bedroom has two singles. Both have flat-screen TV's. There's a large full bath on the ground level with shower. On the main level there are three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a king in each and the third has two singles. These bedrooms all have flat-screen TV's. The ground level entrances are under the covered parking area, and there is an elevator connecting ground and main levels. The dining room table seats ten, and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There's also a game table with four chairs. This table comfortably seats four, for eating as well as games. Main level has large living area with a TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining area - all with ocean view. The main level has a half bath just off the living area. All bedrooms have flat-screened TVs.

Amenities include elevator, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The comfortable rockers and chaise lounges on the ocean side porch invite you to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. This house has handicap access, but please note that the bathroom doors on the main level have a 24" opening, and the bathroom on the ground level has a 28" opening.

There's no outside golf cart outlet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
