This bedroom has access to the oceanfront porch. There is also a half bath on the the main level. There are four bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. This bedroom has access to an oceanfront balcony. The third bedroom has two twin trundle beds (twin with a pull out twin underneath each bed). This bedroom has access to a street side balcony. There's a private bath in this bedroom.The fourth bedroom has one queen bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bath. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Amenities include 35 X 16 private pool, new dock, screened porch, an enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, ceiling fans, central heat and air, icemaker, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, wet bar, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you'll need to stop by our office to get your rental packet.The golf cart outlet is in the carport.
