The fourth bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The fifth bedroom has queen and a twin. All bedrooms have a private bath. Four of the bathrooms have walk-in showers. The bedroom with the queen and single has a shower/tub combo.After a day of navigating the Intracoastal Waterway, park your boat at your private dock, then relax in the hot tub and entertain on the many porches while enjoying the most coveted view of the canal.Amenities include boat dock, six person hot tub, elevator for easy access to all levels, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower and bonus half bath on ground level, central heat and air, dishwasher, gas grill, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, and Wi-Fi.
