The bedroom on the front left has a queen bed and a TV. The bedroom on the back left has two sets of bunk beds, one regular, and one with a double on the bottom and a single on top. There's a bathroom between these two bedrooms, with a tub/shower combo. On the back right, the bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, and a private bath. Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, blender, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi. Both front and back porches are set up with deck furniture, including an 8-foot picnic table and benches. This property is about 250 feet from the Chadbourn beach access.There is a golf cart outlet under the house on a pole by the front stairs. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
