The second bathroom has a shower only and opens to the hallway. Amenities include boat dock, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. This property does not provide cable service; Streaming may be accessed on 2 Smart TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom), with guest's own accounts. Secured Wi-Fi. This house has keyless entry. This property rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the garage which may be accessed with same keyless entry code. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy.
