The first bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom with shower only (no tub). The second bedroom has 2 double beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom has a shower only and opens to the hallway.

Amenities include boat dock, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffeemaker. This property does not provide cable service; Streaming may be accessed on 2 Smart TVs (one in living room and one in master bedroom), with guest's own accounts. Secured Wi-Fi.

This property rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the garage which may be accessed with same keyless entry code.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
