Its a 5-minute walk to the beach at the Monroe St. beach access with rinsing area, the Community Center with indoor restrooms, and 2 minutes to the park with amazing facilities for children and adults. The keyless entry main level welcomes you with coastal dcor, plenty of natural light, and space for everyone to spread out. It has four sizeable bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have King beds. One bedroom has a Queen, and one bedroom has two Queens, while the loft offers two single beds that kids or teens will adore. There is a full bath with walk-in shower opening to the hallway. Another bath with a tub/shower is a Jack n Jill - style between two bedrooms. The Maytag washer/dryer closet is conveniently off the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, crock pot, toaster and steaming pot. The dining room table easily seats six with four extra folding chairs to accommodate ten. There are four stools at the bar for extra seating or dining. Central air and heat keep the temperature just right and ceilings fans - in each of the main floor bedrooms, two in the living room and two in exterior areas - add to the easy coastal comfort. Also included are secure HIGH-SPEED WI-FI and 6 SMART TVs that provide streaming with guests own accounts. There is plenty of entertainment for everyone, whether you are unwinding after a day at the beach or hosting a movie night. Also for your convenience are three irons and ironing boards.

Make the most of your time outdoors tying your boat to the private boat dock (boat lift is not included in rental. It's for owner's use only), utilizing a fish cleaning area, sunbathing on or fishing off the floating dock and then utilizing the hot & cold outside shower/dressing area. Use the charcoal grill and enjoy a cookout on the over the canal deck which includes a table, umbrella, four chairs and built-in bench. The lower level offers a comfortable sectional lounge and multiple Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy the canal views. The sizable, partially covered back deck has a picnic table for additional outside dining overlooking the canal. It also includes five rocking chairs for relaxing and enjoying the canal, beautiful sunrise or evening stars. The upper deck has built-in seating which offers the perfect spot for sunbathing or sharing an evening cocktail with friends. Four stools on the front porch offer the perfect perch for sipping morning coffee or viewing the sunset with a beer or glass of wine! A golf cart outlet is provided in the breezeway for added convenience. Plenty of parking is available.

At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
