Downstairs, the street side bedroom has a king bed, and the canal side bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. The bathroom for the king bed has a shower only (no tub). The other bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen, and one has a double and a single, and TV. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The comfortable loft gives you a place to get away from it all, or give the children a place to play and/or watch TV. This property does not provide cable service, but there are three Smart TVs for streaming using guest's own accounts,Amenities include boat dock, hot and cold water outside shower, lighted fish cleaning station, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight and there are also two stools at the bar for additional seating. You could sit and relax in the shade of the covered canal side decks, or catch some rays upstairs, on the large, open deck. This property has keyless entry. There's no golf cart outlet outside. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
