56 Concord Street - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and two baths plus a loft. One bedroom has a king bed, three bedrooms have a queen bed in each, and the loft has two twin beds. The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill style. There's a TV in each bedroom and one in the loft, as well as a 60" TV in the living room.Amenities include enclosed outside shower, screened porch, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, large stock pot, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, blender, toaser, and Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. This house is located on a beach access street, a short distance from the ocean.This house does not have a golf cart charging outlet.THIS IS A KEYLESS PROPERTY.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival.
