NATURAL CANAL - 69 Fairmont Street - This natural canal house features four bedrooms, and two baths on one level. On the ground level there is a half bath and washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a king bed. The second and third bedrooms have a king bed in each. The fourth bedroom has two double beds. The first bathroom has a shower only and opens to the hallway between the king and the bedroom with two double beds. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and opens to the hallway between the two king bedrooms.

Amenities include floating boat dock, hot and cold water outside shower, fenced yard, screened porch, outdoor bar area, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer, dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and secured Wi-Fi. Enjoy your coffee on the covered, screened in deck facing the canal or catch some rays on the uncovered deck.

The golf cart outlet is in the parking area under the house.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival.
