OIB RELAX INN - 54 Craven Street - PRIVATE POOL - This gorgeous home on a concrete canal has four bedrooms and three full baths.

The living area and two bedrooms are on the first level. The first bedroom has a king and a private bath with two vanities and custom shower. The second bedroom has two queens. The hall bathroom on the first floor has a tub-shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen in each and they share a Jack-N-Jill bath that has a double vanity. The loft area has two recliners and a TV.

Other amenities include private pool, fixed and floating dock for crabbing and fishing, picnic table, 70" smart TV, crock pot, 2 full size refrigerators, drink/ice chest, Keurig and regular coffeemaker, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. This property does not have cable service, but there are four Smart TVs with YouTubeTV.

Soak up some sun on the large deck or sip cocktails in the shade as you watch the boaters cruise by. In the evening, relax around the pool and enjoy movie night on the 65 inch TV. The dining table seats eight and the bar seats four.

The ground level has a large sitting area that is open to the pool and overlooking the canal.

This home has keyless entry.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
