A half bath is also located on this level. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double bottom - twin top) and a private bath with shower only. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower only.
This property proudly features a private floating dock, 16X8 private pool with security fencing, Enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower. The canal-side deck is covered and offers an outdoor dining area.
