323 East First Street - THE BEACH HOUSE 1100 - Partial ocean view - easy beach access. This second row house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms on one level, and sleeps 10. Two of the bedrooms have a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) and a twin bed. The dining room table seats six, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, Wi-Fi. Relax and enjoy the large open deck with built-in benches, or sit in the shade of the covered porch. This house is located approximately 50' from the Winnabow Street beach access.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
