14 Concord Street - This concrete canal house features four bedrooms and two baths, on one level, plus an additional half bath on the ground level. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a queen, and another has two double beds. The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill style.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, screened porch, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, large stock pot, single serve Keurig, and regular coffee maker, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service. Five Smart TVs provide streaming service with guest's own accounts. The washer and dryer are located in the ground level laundry area. The kitchen has a harvest table with benches, and there are also two chairs at the bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. There's an outdoor bar with TV and blackstone gril. This house is located on a beach access street, a short distance from the ocean.

This house rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is under the house.

At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
