OCEANSIDE WEST PHASE I - 31-1 Ocean Isle West Blvd. Unit A-1 - This side unit condo is in an oceanfront complex, so you won't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. This first floor side unit features three bedrooms and two baths on one level. There's a queen bed in the master bedroom and TV, two doubles in the second bedroom and TV, and two single beds in the third. The dining table seats six. Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet. *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.* ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS NOT AN OCEANFRONT CONDO - IT'S A SIDE UNIT.
