This 9th floor oceanfront condo is 1,650 square feet in the only high-rise complex on Ocean Isle Beach and features three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on one level. The condo was completely remodeled in December 2025 including new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new LVP flooring, blackout window shades in all bedrooms, new sofa and oversized chair in the living room, a 70” Samsung TV with soundbar, new master bathroom with walk-in shower, and new mattresses + box springs for all beds, ceiling fans installed in all bedrooms, plus updated paint throughout the unit to give it a fresh beachy look!
The circular dining table seats six and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. There is a Samsung TV in each bedroom to watch the premium Spectrum Internet TV package included. Other amenities include Keurig coffee maker,regular coffeemaker, blender, iron/ironing board, and an infant pack n’ play. The outside balcony has seating for 4 people and unobstructed panoramic views of the morning sunrise plus nearby beaches! From the back balcony there are unobstructed views of the amazing sunsets on the west end of OIB!
The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King and a Twin . The third bedroom offers a Queen and a twin.
Ocean Point amenities include a pool, 2 elevators, and convenient direct beach access with outside rinse showers. Ocean Isle Beach offers very limited public beach access at this end of the island so you can be certain to claim a spot on the beach even during July!

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
The hot tub will not be heated from the Monday after the Oyster Festival in October to the third weekend in May.
The indoor pool area has security cameras.
ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
