49 Sandpiper Drive - SOUND INVESTMENT - This sound front Island Park house features five bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. One bedroom downstairs has a king bed and the other bedroom has a twin and a twin with a single trundle. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a king and the other two bedrooms have one queen in each. The first level has a bath and a half. The second level has two full baths.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, 4 Smart TVs with built-in Firestick and Roku, crock pot and charcoal grill, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, and secure Wi-Fi. There's also a high chair, a baby gate, and a porta crib for the littlest guests. The dining room table seats eight, and there are four seats at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Sunbathe or eat lunch on the uncovered, large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. With the creek on one side, and the lagoon across the street, you can see water every way you look. The private dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. The golf cart outlet is on the right side of carport by the electrical box.

Keyless entry

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
