One bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV; another has a double and a queen bed with a Smart TV and the third has two twin beds. The dining table seats six. All TVs have Firesticks for guests to Stream with their login information.Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, high chair, wet bar, blender, and Wi-Fi, . The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This unit is located on the lower level and is conveniently located less than two blocks from the beach (near Beaufort Street). Scenic view from the covered porch which overlooks a pond. This property has a private keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready. When the condo is ready to check in, you will be given the keyless entry code.
