The living room also has a Smart TV with Firestick to be accessed with guest's login information.Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, wet bar, blender, and Wi-Fi, . The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use.
