There are four stools around the kitchen bar, and there's a half-bath on the main level.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the Starboard premises across the street, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, tennis courts on the Starboard premises across the street, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This complex is located between First and Second Street, and it's approximately half a block from the Beaufort Street beach access.

At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
