OCEAN COVE - 16 East First Street Unit 111 - This first floor, oceanfront condo features one bedroom and one bath on one level. There's a king bed in the bedroom, and a set of bunk beds recessed in a hallway nook. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. The dining table seats four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig coffeemaker and regular coffeemaker, and secured Wi-Fi (May through September only). The private balcony, which overlooks the pool deck, offers a gorgeous view of the ocean and the OIB pier. There are Hibachi grills and two picnic tables on the premises, towards the east side of the building on the street side. All Ocean Cove condos face the ocean directly, and are ideal for couples honeymooning or celebrating a wedding anniversary.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
