Another king bedroom provides a quiet retreat, while the bunk room is pure fun — with eight suspended twin beds and a queen, it’s the ultimate hideaway for kids and families alike. Each bedroom in this home includes its own private bath.

Outside, the fun continues with a 24’ x 15’ private pool, a festive Tiki wet bar with bar stools, and a brand-new dock overlooking the sound — ideal for boating, fishing, or simply soaking up the scenery. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after a day on the beach.

Inside, you’ll enjoy all the modern comforts, including central heat and air, ceiling fans throughout, a high-efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, Keurig and regular coffee makers, icemaker, highchair, and secure Wi-Fi. Televisions are streaming-only, so guests may log in with their own accounts. Please note that the private dock is tide-dependent; picking up a local tide chart is recommended.

A full linen package is included with your stay, featuring bed linens (beds will be made except top bunks), 20 towels, and washcloths. Upon departure, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAGS AND LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE THE GROUND LEVEL ENTRANCE DOOR FOR PICK UP. Linen service and cleaning are included and not optional. Guests should bring their own beach towels, paper products, and soaps.
